Holds a PhD in Earthquake Engineering. While designing and safeguarding structures, he realized human issues are more dynamic and crucial for societal harmony. This led him to found Parenting Samvad, focusing on child brain development from womb to 25 years. As an engineer by profession, curious researcher by nature, theatre artist and change-maker at heart, he guides couples and parents to unlock their true potential so their children become problem-solvers, not fault-finders. He draws from the soft skills gap in today's corporate world to address root causes in child upbringing.
